'Men will seize upon new legal protections against sexism to “maliciously” target women, a feminist charity funded by the SNP government has warned.
The group Engender claimed proposals to make “sex” a protected characteristic under Scottish hate crime laws risked sending the message that there was a “parallel relationship” between misogyny and misandry. Engender said that men did not deserve equal protection.
The proposals are being put forward by SNP ministers after they ditched legislation designed to criminalise misogyny, which they feared would prove too controversial.'

'A Florida Woman contacted police earlier this month to report that a male assailant had barged into her home, knocked her to the ground, and then committed a sexual assault.
While the attacker was a stranger, the woman said, she was able to take a photo of the suspect while he was seated on the couch in her St. Petersburg apartment.
“Multiple officers and forensic technicians responded to the scene” where Brooke Schinault, a 32-year-old mother of two, said the October 7 attack occurred.
But a subsequent police examination of the image provided by Schinault revealed that “the photo was AI generated via ChatGPT,” according to an arrest report. Additionally, the photo was found in “a deleted folder dated...days before she alleged the sexual battery took place.”'

Some of you have read about the "Gen Z Protests". These are less protests and more revolutions. ICYMI:
Gen Z protesters toppled Madagascar’s president. Should other African leaders worry?
2025 Nepalese Gen Z protests
What isn't being said in these reports is that these protests-turned-revolutions are being executed by economically, culturally, and socially disenfranchised men.
When women feel disenfranchised enough in some important way, they march in pink pussy hats and threaten men with withholding sex until they get their way. However when men feel disenfranchised enough, they overthrow governments.

'October is recognized nationally as Domestic Violence Awareness Month, a time to reflect on the impact of domestic violence and renew commitments to justice and support for all affected. In this context, the National Coalition for Men (NCFM) highlights the urgent need for fairness and integrity in the handling of domestic violence, sexual harassment, and sexual assault allegations within the Armed Forces. While supporting victims and holding perpetrators accountable is essential, NCFM draws attention to the significant harm caused by false allegations—wrongful convictions, administrative discharges, and lasting personal and professional consequences for service members.

'For decades, society has been dismantling the three foundations that once anchored men: work, identity, and family. What we call a “men’s crisis” isn’t just about depression or suicide—it’s about systematic disconnection. When a man loses his place to contribute, his right to belong, and the respect that once gave him pride, he doesn’t merely suffer; he disappears.
...
Modern culture mistakes this for fragility: “Men just need to talk more.”
But talking doesn’t rebuild meaning.
What men need isn’t therapy in isolation—it’s reconnection to the structures that once made their lives coherent.'

Article here. Note to Ms. Greene: Shaming men by calling them "weak", etc., is an outdated tactic. Try again. Excerpt:
'Greene’s sharpest attacks also reflect some disillusionment with how she and other conservative women in Congress have been treated in recent months. She said she sees a pattern of unfair treatment in which competent and tough women such as herself and Rep. Elise Stefanik (New York) have been punished or ignored while “weak” Republican men are rewarded.
...
"Whereas President Trump has a very strong, dominant style — he’s not weak at all — a lot of the men here in the House are weak,” Greene said. “There’s a lot of weak Republican men and they’re more afraid of strong Republican women. So they always try to marginalize the strong Republican women that actually want to do something and actually want to achieve.”

'A public policy think tank recommends Nevada create a commission on boys and men to address gender disparities in some of the state’s most in-demand occupations.
The Lincy Institute at UNLV, in a policy brief released Monday, makes the case that gender disparities in health, education, administration, and literacy (HEAL) professions warrant a closer look by state policymakers. Men make up only 22% of the HEAL workforce.
Men are losing out on stable jobs, some of which do not require a four-year degree. And the lack of men in crucial fields like education and health care is exacerbating already existing workforce shortages.
This HEAL workforce is expected to grow by 1.6 million jobs nationwide by 2033, according to the report, which analyzed data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics and Nevada P-20 to Workforce Research Data System.

Just discovered this movie. Michael Douglas puts in an Oscar-worthy performance as a divorced man who was fired from his defense industry job and one day just loses it. It's liable to be quite cathartic for some men who watch it. But lads, if anyone gets the urge to copy the main character, talk it out. This is after all just a cathartic fantasy film.

Article here. If these were lines of work now populated largely by women, these kinds of incentives would already be in place. Excerpt:
'Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang recently warned that building America’s artificial-intelligence infrastructure will require an army of electricians. The demand for data centers – both cloud and AI – is expected to double year over year. Mike Rowe has been sounding the alarm for years: the most "essential" jobs are the ones our culture stopped celebrating.
Here’s the truth: without skilled tradesmen, America grinds to a halt. No power. No housing. No data centers. No cloud. No AI.
Yet we keep pushing young people toward four-year degrees, often leaving them with six-figure debt, while treating the trades as a second-class option. Meanwhile, a "silver tsunami" is coming as baby boomers and Gen X tradesmen are retiring faster than replacements are entering the field.'

'Suffragette Mary Leigh had a long record of criminal convictions arising from her unrelenting advocacy for the women’s movement. On July 18, 1912, Leigh hurled a hatchet at Prime Minister Herbert Asquith, slicing through the cheek of an Irish MP.
Canadian commentator Janice Fiamengo would later write that the end goal of Leigh’s campaign was to “express a deep hatred for the male sex” and to “create a lasting sex-divide of suspicion and hostility that would transform British society.”
But in a society dominated by chivalrous impulses, the excesses of the suffragette movement were overlooked, even applauded.
Then in 1970, feminist Kate Millett published her book, Sexual Politics, that popularized the Marxist-inspired concept, “patriarchy.” Millett described patriarchy as a “most ingenious system of social control” that subordinates women through socialization, economic dependency, and normalized violence, she claimed.

'But while nice guys win hearts on the silver screen, a study suggests they may struggle in the unforgiving arena of real dating.
The findings, published in the Journal of Research in Personality, indicate that personality traits are linked to relationship success in markedly different ways for men and women.
The authors sent questionnaires to 3,800 adults in Australia, Denmark and Sweden to assess their personalities. They were asked whether they were in a relationship and, if so, how satisfied they were with it.
When it came to kindness, there was a divide between the sexes. Women who were more “agreeable” — meaning empathetic, co-operative and patient — were no more likely to be in a relationship than women in whom these qualities were less pronounced.

Continuing, the Democratic congresswoman doubled down, arguing Democrats should be “making fun” of what she said was a culture of “insecure masculinity” within MAGA:'

'Something strange is happening in America’s job market. For the first time in living memory, young men with college degrees are struggling to find work, while women with the same qualifications are thriving. What once seemed fixed — the old order of men filling the top jobs and women fighting for entry — has been flipped. And the consequences could be severe.
The numbers paint a disturbing picture. Men with college degrees are now more likely to be out of work than women with the same education. To compound matters, men’s pay has barely budged since 1979, whereas women’s earnings keep climbing. More worrying still, a growing number of men are no longer looking for work at all. They have simply checked out.'

Article here. Guy's an a-hole. That doesn't make him a rapist though. "Some justice," as they say. Excerpt:
'ANDREW Tate's rape charges in the UK have been dropped, with the disgraced influencer moaning about his "mistreatment".
Three women in their late twenties and early thirties have accused Tate of rape and sexual and physical assaults - including holding guns to their heads and strangulations with belts.
But the CPS said today that the evidence did not meet the threshold to bring criminal charges, and they would be dropped - though the civil case continues.
Reacting to the news, Tate posted on X: "Romania? No case UK? No case USA? No case 4 months in jail, 3 years locked in my house.
"Endless media slander. 25million dollars stolen from me. Lawfare? – I’m one of the most mistreated men in history beside president Trump himself."
A CPS spokesperson said: "We undertook a further review of a case file in relation to allegations of assault and rape between 2013 and 2015.'
