Female Teacher Charged for 'Sex' With 14-Year-Old Student

"A Hillsborough County middle school teacher has been arrested and is charged with having sex with a 14-year-old student.

Deputies arrested 28-year-old Stephanie Ragusa around 5 p.m. Thursday.

According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, Ragusa had a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old boy at Davidsen Middle School from October of 2006 to May of 2007.

I'm sure that having those nasty stains on her face she managed to get sex from that student only by threatening him with bad marks. Consequently she must be charged not for "sex", but for rape.

A sexual relationship between an adult woman and a 14 year old does not exist. It is RAPE!

There's no way to justify sexual contact between an adult and a child. It's molestation. Of course, when a woman does this very act, it's viewed in a different light in court, and she always does a single digit percentage of the sentence that a man would get for the exact same crime. Justice system? More like injustice system!
