Boy, 16, has sex with girl, 13, and now is a registered sex offender for life.

Article here.

When Ricky was 16, he went to a teen club and met a girl named Amanda, who said she was the same age. They hit it off and were eventually having sex. At the time Ricky thought it was a pretty normal high school romance.

Turns out she's 13 (so she lied about her age). Ricky is now a convicted sex offender for life. This flawed system has ruined yet another life. It's almost to the point where if a sex offender moves near you, you shouldn't even have to worry. Good job, judge!

What we have here is a case in which the hypersexualization of teenagers has now led to a life being ruined. Young girls are not only imitating what they see on TV, they're lying about their age to boot. A coworker of mine said something similar happened to his friend. He was sent to jail for four years because he had sex with a fourteen year old who lied about her age when he was 18. I think that if the girl lies about her age, that should cancel out any punishment dished out to the so-called "rapist". But of course, the retardedly messed-up judicial system would never go for that. They can never take into account negligence on the part of a female.
