doesn't make a difference. I'm sure if it was a son, the film still would have been made and would have been just as relevant. Whether a wedge is unjustly being placed between a father and a daughter or a father and a son, misandry has taken place.

It always has. Gender has always been a deciding factor in many things. As a matter of fact there would be no need for a "men's" movement if gender didn't make a difference in the treatment one receives.

Just so you know misandry happens to mean "hatred of MALES." That's gender-based.

Things get much more coverage when the so-called victim or at least one of the victims is female.
