In this Ford ad (embedded video), Dad gets out of the car, sad dufflebag in hand, dropped off at his crummy townhouse, and thanks his ex for inviting him along for the day with the kids.

Meanwhile, she is the gatekeeper to the kids, and is driving a brand new SUV.

Truth in advertising.

and it makes me depressed every time to think that it is acceptable in our society to seperate kids from their parents like this. I now change the channel every time I see the commercial.

Bert, what's with the attack on the guy with the international database? I don't see anything wrong with having a credible source.
