If Andy was a Woman, he would still be alive today, clothed and fed, seeing his now Adult daughter and getting money for his home and free counseling.

As such he did not qualify for keeping his parental, civil or human rights because of a change of marital status, or for any of the free shelters or services the government provides only for Canadians with Vaginas!
So he was murdered by his Canada through its disregard for the rule of law, human rights and the fundamental Principles of Justice in the matter of Canadians with Penises.
Andrew T. Renouf committed suicide on or about October 17, 1995 because he had 100% of his wages taken by the Family Responsibility Office, an agency of the Government of Ontario, Canada.
Should he have eaten Cake Mr. Martin (As Marie Antoinette said to the hungry masses ?)
