Jebediah Bila exposes unpleasant female behavior: Video Essay
Some very concise and on-point quotes are presented here. Jebediah Bila presents four short commentaries that call out "b*tchy women" and female workplace behavior.
Woman #1: workplace behavior
I am not a girl's girl because every single time that I've had to quit a job, it's because some b***h can't stop terrorizing me. Like, it's never because I'm bad at my job. It's always because of some b***h The way women treat each other in the workplace needs to be studied.
J. Bila:
This idea that women aren't vicious to each other is so full of crap. Women are vicious to each other a lot of times. Vicious. And the idea that a female boss will be more compassionate. Good luck. So, I'm gonna say good freaking luck.
J. Bila: re: Demanding female partners:
There's a big difference between a man who does nice things for his wife, his girlfriend, and a guy who's like bouncing all over the place constantly because he's so terrified of losing her.
... And what happens in these situations a lot of times is that she doesn't respect that guy because she knows he'll do anything. She's always right. He'll go like he's like on pins and needles ... And he's so whipped, literally whipped that a lot of times those women lose respect for and attraction for those guys. And the guys like they're doing more and it never winds up being enough because the real recipe for that is for you to have some self-respect and stop babying the hell out of her
Woman #3: "the ick" was me, all along
How about when you go to therapy and you find out "the ick" was never the ick. I used to think I got "icked" easily. A guy texts you like a normal person instead of "wyd". Ick! He shows up on time and plans a real date. Ick! He tells me he really likes me instead of being nonchalant about it. Major ick! I used to think that meant something was wrong with them.
Turns out "the ick" was just years of undiagnosed mental illness. My nervous system didn't know what to do with the normal men, so it got "icked".
Anyway, huge apology to several perfectly normal men out there that tried to date me.
J. Bila:
So all these things that she said gave her the ick were all just guys just behaving well. And she didn't know how to treat good guys, right? She didn't know how to be a good girlfriend to a good man. So the ick was not them. The ick was her, right?
And you have a lot of women that are coming to this realization. And the problem is they come to it and they've like lost their peak years, right? They come to you come to that realization at 40 and it's not the same as coming to that realization at 25. So this video should serve as a reminder to women. Be self-aware, right?
And guys, you know, you may you may hear from girls later on that apologize. I mean, she's doing an apology video. Maybe she picked up the phone and apologized. You may hear from girls that treat you like at 25 and then at 35, they're like, "What the hell did I do?" You ever see those stories of those women who are like, "How did I let this guy go?" It's like 10 years later and they're like, "Oh my god, I was so stupid, right? I was so stupid." Because they realize that there was no accountability phase. Now, why do women have that no accountability phase?
Woman #4: a masculine employee
I feel like a lot of women don't actually want a masculine man. They want a masculine employee. You want him to provide, to protect you, take initiative, plan the dates, make the decisions, handle the problems, lead the family, be confident, be assertive, be a freaking man. And I get it. But a lot of you only want that when his decisions perfectly align with yours. Because the second he says no to you, he's controlling. The second he disagrees with you, he's insecure. The second he tells you, "I don't think that's a good idea," he's toxic. Oh, and God forbid he actually makes a decision without running it through the freaking board of directors first. Suddenly, you're oppressed.
The only time you're comfortable with your husband leading is when he's doing exactly what you've told him to do, and [clears throat] he has to do it exactly your way. Isn't it?
J. Bila:
What women say they want a lot of times in a man is not what they actually want. ...
I know it can get a little confusing because the mixed messages, right? Because women get confused, right? They're like, "No, no, I want to run the show. I want to run the show." And then when they realize they are running the show and you're no longer running the show, they're like, "Well, I can't lean on you. I can't count on you. I'm not attracted to you because you can't even get your s**t enough to run the show." And then the guys are like, "Well, you told me you wanted to run the show." .. "Well, I mean, not like that." [laughter]
