'On average across the countries surveyed, three in five (60%) agree that things would work better if more women held positions with responsibilities in government and companies. A similar number also note that women won’t achieve equality with men in their country unless there are more female leaders in business and government (54%).However, around half (52%) believe that when it comes to giving women equal rights with men, things have gone far enough in their country. More than four in 10 further say that men are being expected to do too much to support equality (46%) and that we have gone so far in promoting women’s equality that we’re discriminating against men.'
