Overall I agree with the author. I also think in all cases of an officer-involved shooting, there needs to be an investigation. I also think where there's any question of any kind of officer bad behavior, a grand jury should evaluate the evidence and decide from there. In all cases though: presumed innocent until found guilty, and let the justice system do its job.

Final piece of advice: don't interfere with police as they do their jobs. Getting arrested for same is the best outcome of such actions you can hope for, no matter if you are in the right.

She was shot by a bad cop, who should have been retrained or removed after he got into another incident with a vehicle. He did not follow any police protocols for dealing with vehicles. He shot a person dead for no real reason.
