All pretenses of fairness dispensed with
DEI is not about true diversity as it advocates vs. men/whites, esp. white men, who make up about 30% of the US pop'n. How can you be truly diverse if you seek to sidelune 30% of the pop'n? As for Equity, it's in practice like what Communism sought: from each according to his abilities, to each according to his needs. "Spread the wealth around"-- even if you didn't earn it. And as for Inclusion, again, inclusion excludes white males in its practice. How anyone esp a white male but males in general can support DEI in practice while keeping a straight face, I dunno.
