Women Pass Men in White Collar Jobs

The gap will continue because of a self-perpetuating cycle of workplace gains for women, according to international outplacment firm Chicago-based Challenger, Gray & Christmas.

In the younger groups, women far outnumber men in these positions. It's only because many older women have chosen to be housewives that it's even close.
