Article here. Yes, modern women can't handle physical contact with men without a written contract. Well, feminist/Democrat ones anyway. And now watch them eat their own. Lovely. Excerpt:

'A Connecticut woman says Joe Biden touched her inappropriately and rubbed noses with her during a 2009 political fundraiser in Greenwich when he was vice president, drawing further scrutiny to the Democrat and his history of unwanted contact with women as he ponders a presidential run

"It wasn't sexual, but he did grab me by the head," Amy Lappos told The Courant Monday. "He put his hand around my neck and pulled me in to rub noses with me. When he was pulling me in, I thought he was going to kiss me on the mouth."

Lappos posted about the alleged incident on the Facebook page of Connecticut Women in PoliticsSunday in response to a similar account by former Nevada legislator Lucy Flores, which comes as Biden is considering a 2020 run for president. Flores accused Biden of kissing her on the back of her head in 2014, when she was a candidate for lieutenant governor.'

... he had no contract. VAWA Joe just walks up to women and puts his hands all over them. He does it to men too but far less licenciously. I am myself affectionate in the hug sense but I never go hugging people I don't know quite well. And I'd never just sort of start putting my hands all over this or that woman. VAWA Joe puts his paws on anything with tits and does so quite openly and with impunity.

The man has boundary issues.

Still, at his age, he really should know better. He should have decades ago, to be honest. He went too far even by pre-#MeToo standards.

But to address your comment: yes, you're right. There has been now in the public's mind set the kind of standard we were warned about: a subjective feelings-based standard rather than an objective legal standard. It is now sufficient merely to say you felt violated in some way so that ipso facto a violation has occurred. No amount of objective measurement can win out.

In Biden's case, his violations of body and space did happen objectively. Also subjectively, too, but def. objectively. The Dems though are too hopeful he will run for office bc he may be the only pol they have capable of out-campaigning DJT. Just as with Clinton, they will suppress and deny his bad behavior for political expedience.

But in re women today, yes, no tacit understanding or basic human decency is any defense. To be accused is to be guilty.

This is why sex droids will be so popular. Once ectogenesis is available, any men who do want to become parents will forego doing so with human females and as for sex, there'll be androids. One day feminists will get their separatist paradise, only it'll be because men want it, too. At the current rate, men'll have no practical use for women in about 100 or so years.
