Ryan Gosling Thinks ‘Women Are Better Than Men’

Article here. Excerpt:

'Attention, ladies. Ryan Gosling thinks you’re pretty amazing and don’t you forget it.

In an interview with Evening Standard Magazine, the star of “The Nice Guys” (and the internet’s bae) shared his admiration for women in what might be the most straightforward compliment ever:

“I think women are better than men,” he said. “They are stronger, more evolved.”

Gosling, who has two daughters with Eva Mendes, explained that he’s noticed this strength and resilience at home with his own kids.

“You can tell especially when you have daughters and you see their early stages,” he said. “They are just leaps and bounds beyond boys immediately.”'

An unfortunate side effect of the extraordinary success of men in creating modern civilization almost seamlessly is even many men have no idea the debt they owe to the ingenuity of their fellow men, both living and dead.

This fool is a textbook example.

So, being a relative late developer is something to be ashamed of. Does reaching puberty a year earlier on average make girls superior to boys then? I suppose whatever development comes afterward doesn't count in this view. I wonder if the slight difference in developmental rates were reversed between boys and girls, there would be calls to help the girls, not demean them.

And as a late developer as a boy, I find this developmentalism triggering. Where's my safe space?
