The talk was given in India by Deepika Bhardwaj (documentary film-maker and journalist, director of "Martyrs of Marriage", about the abuse and mis-use of Article 498 A of the Indian Penal Code). She reviews the abuse and mis-use by women of laws passed for their protection that curbs or vacates the rights of men and their relatives to be presumed innocent.
