U. of Missouri police say student’s report of rape is false

Story here.

'The University of Missouri St. Louis police department says rape reported on December 17th by a student did not occur. The student who reported the incident met with investigators. The UMSL police department now says a warning sent about the incident was unfounded.

The student said that a man wearing a full ski mask forced her into the back seat of a parked car. Campus police sent an alert to students the following day to look for a suspect with a thin build and blue eyes. The victim described his car as small and dark in color.'

Since the Rolling Stone-UVA debacle, I think we'll see a lot more brief reports re alleged rapes penned by someone with a first name of "Staff" and as many even briefer retractions by "Staff". Thanks to ideologues teamed with irresponsible tabloid journalistic trends in fashion among MSM outlets still in denial about the imminent demise of print and thus in desperate need of paying subscribers, few now have the nerve to sign their names to even a report of a report of a sex crime, much less the retraction of same.

Hang it up, "Print". Take whatever self-respect you have left and buy another server farm. Despite the difficulties making $ with paid online subs to news sites, at least then you'll have some kind of chance.
