Why D.C.’s matriarchy matters — and the rest of the country needs to catch up

That she gives credit to these women for, say, declining crime rates when these women have only been in power since the first of the year. That's only nine days ago. Perhaps these women have been in power longer than that--but the article suggests it's only been a short while.

If things go badly, I wonder if these women will step up and be held accountable or will they simply continue to blame men. More than likely, they'll blame sexism if they're criticized at all.

Women often say the could do a better job if they "ran the world." If that's true, why don't they run the world? Why have they let men run the world all this time? Are women such poor leaders they can't find a way to gain power?

The typical explanation is that "men won't let us." Well, men don't let other men either. The candidate has to take the initiative and win the campaign. No one will give an office to a man just because he wants it. (Except maybe dog catcher.) Political offices have been open to women for a long time but only a few have pursued them.

The real explanation is closer to this: women don't take responsibility to do what it takes to win election, at least in significant numbers. Men are more willing to take that responsibility, so they are more likely to win office. And because men have taken that responsibility, they get blamed when things go wrong. In short, men "run the world" because they take the responsibility for the world; women have tended to avoid that responsibility.

And here's the kicker for men: men tend to run the world for the benefit of women, not other men. Not always, of course. But in today's world, the average politician doesn't think much about how to benefit the average men--but that politician will think about how to benefit the average woman. That's how a lot of men gain and maintain political power, Obama being the chief example.

so when are those all male concentration camps scheduled to be put to use?

the saying 'yeah, women can run the world, until its time for the 1st oil change'? in general, women just want to get in, push the gas and declare ownership of something when they haven't a clue how it works. when it tears up they look for the guy (mechanic) to fix it.

its a simple fact, men pretty much built our world, and the problem w/ men failing (and many/most are complete failures where standing up to women/fem's is concerned), is that when our world finally falls down from men being continually slapped down, the whole rest of the world will get hit by the tsunami. and women will be by far the worst for it.

But still, many people of both sexes are in denial or are just oblivious. At the moment the thing feminists lack is the means and opportunity. As with a classic murder tale, it's all about motive, means, and opportunity. The motive is a set of false beliefs about a Grand Conspiracy to oppress women. That's believed. Means and opportunity are missing, but they hope to create them by getting men to believe their lives about men. The Nazis could not have maintained order in the camps without capos and Jewish spies among inmates and within the Jewish community before Jews were forcibly "relocated"; they got this b promising the spies and capos that they would be spared if they cooperated. But, they weren't. Same thing's happening here only there are men who actually think what they've been told about them and other men is true. Sad, really. In the case of the Nazis, they simply found unscrupulous, mercenary, and/or cowardly individuals to use for their ends among their victims. In this case, they are convincing some among their target group (men) that they are correct in their assessment of men and now have them serving them. Wait 'til those fools find out that their collaboration will be rewarded with a solid shafting.

The means is the hardest part. Can they get enough men to cooperate with an overt persecution plan, since women won't want to do the dirty work of rounding men up? No. But there may be other ways to achieve the same result and it wouldn't surprise me if that has either already been worked out or is in process. Now it's just a waiting game for them.

look at the numbers of self loathing men, who believe in all the claptrap that feminists have been spewing for years, via the media and other such outlets.
remember the saying that Hitler used: "tell a lie often enough and it becomes a truth believed". MANY men believe the anti-male propaganda they hear day after day after day. if not on the conscious level then certainly on the unconscious level. this message is drilled into all of us unceasingly. (one of the reasons i no longer watch movies or television)
i mean, look at all the white knights, as they are called who already run to women's defence even when those women are in the wrong.

look... if I (a woman) is worried about all this then i rather believe that MEN themselves had better take a good look at the present, or they will have NO FUTURE. the Nazis and the extermination of over a million people might have been avoided (or at the very least reduced), if not for the fact that many ignored the Nazis and their stupidity for far too long!

I agree... and there are several reasons, in my opinion...

What role does pthalates and soy have in the feminization of men? They are in all plastics and they inhibit the production of testosterone.

Women on hormone replacement are flushing our water with estrogen. And you cannot remove estrogen from the water supply when it is recycled.

Soy?

For myself, I have stopped eating anything with soy in it. Soy inhibits production of testosterone in men.

And I have curtailed the use of plastics (pthalates are very dangerous to men: NEVER microwave in a plastic container).

So, it turns out that men should not drink tap water (estrogens) or water from plastic bottles (pthalates).

(And avoid black licorice at all costs.)

And now I eat one avocado, a bag of nuts and purple grapes every day (these are the three best foods that promote testosterone production). I feel more energerized that before. I am now down to 185 lbs and over 30 inch bicepts from bodybuilding for two years now. (And this is down from 220 lbs)

Are boys getting a message that masculinity is toxic? Do some men not want to "live up" to being a man?

For me, the media image of masculinity is toxic for boys. Feminism claims that femininity is the domain of compassion. But that disregards the wealth of music, poetry, art created by men. Men ARE compassionate. MEN created the laws and defended the constitutions that protect us.

For myself, I do NOT like transgender M2F: and I do not give a fuck what the politically correct say. I have no issue with their decision for themselves. I just find that the view of masculinity that they run from is THEIR problem, not mine. THEY have misunderstood masculinity and are intellectualizing their confusion and now our boys are listening to this politically correct BS that it is better to transition. And our chemicals are fostering this.

And google "transgender regret": there are many unreported cases of men realizing that transitioning was a mistake.
