UK: Law student falsely reported rape 11 times putting her boyfriend in jail for 30 days to avoid exams

'A trainee barrister falsely accused her boyfriend of raping her 11 times in an attempt to get out of taking her law exams, a court heard.

Rhiannon Brooker, 30, alleged Paul Fensome had repeatedly assaulted her, leading to the 46-year-old being arrested, charged and held in custody for 30 days.

But detectives could not find any evidence he had carried out the attacks. It emerged that Brooker had used the allegations as ‘extenuating circumstances’ in a failed attempt to dodge her bar exams, a jury was told.

She is accused of making 11 false claims of rape and nine of assault, two of which alleged false imprisonment.

Prosecutor David Bartlett told Bristol Crown Court: ‘One of the reasons for her false allegations was that she was living an active social life and not doing the work required to pass.’

for women/girls making false allegations of rape, d.v., and molestation is because in our fem-centrist 'justice' system women/girls know that 'filing a false police report' is about all the princesses ever see, for ruining a man's/boy's life. oh, and don't forget the treatment innocent men get in prison (raped, murdered, beaten constantly). give these privileged monsters the sentence men usually get for these false allegations and this crap will end tomorrow.

won't happen though. not 'fair' to women, and bad for business for the lawyer class. its amazing more men haven't taken the law into their own hands given the severity of the consequences scores of innocent men face on a daily basis. bet your arse though, one woman, lawyer or judge gets retaliated against and the fem-media will go nuts wanting same from the man involved.

but there's a war on women, remember?
