Feminist comedian: I want to castrate every conservative Christian male

Story here. Excerpt:

'On Tuesday, Laura Levites, the liberal comedian who recently said she wanted to "rip out" Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodger's uterus*, proved yet again that liberalism is an ideology of hate and rage when she went on another profanity-laced Twitter rant saying she would "personally like to castrate" every male conservative Christian.

"I would personally like to castrate every Male Conservative Christian so that they have NO reproductive rights," she said, using the hashtag "#HobbyLobby."
...
In another tweet, Levites said she would pay for Hobby Lobby's David Green to be castrated.

She went so far as to advocate violence on Green, proclaiming she would purchase a saw from Home Depot to cut off Green's male organ so she can "shove it up his a**."'

Conservative Christian men, like all other men in the US, already have no repro. rights. So the legal system has already succeeded fulfilling at her stated aim.

To me, someone like her is not so much about her being "a liberal", as that could mean almost anything to anyone. It's more simply about what she has said and the level of violent imagery she uses. There's funny, then there's weird/sicko/threatening. She basically said she wants to de-uterus-ify an elected government official, not in an abstract sense, but she named a name. Now saying you'd like to do something is different from saying you will do something. Still, it's enough to get you on the short list for people to investigate should something happen to the person you have maligned (bad timing for you, comedian person!).

As in all things, discretion. Comedians are supposed to make people laugh, not get themselves added to the persona non grata list for every political function half the electorate partakes in, nor on a list of people who have said directly or indirectly physically threatening things to or about elected officials. Not a bright idea, especially these days, when anyone can have his or her phone tapped by the NSA and who knows what other gov't agencies -- yet even members of Congress.
