Progressive Insurance Threatened with Federal Legal Action

I do not know, or care, from what mental institutions and/or abusive childhoods etc. that Progressive.com scours to find its advertising personnel; however, regardless of this in-house dementia, any lack of immediate response in the affirmative to such demand for cessation will be construed as a patent refusal. Attempts to reconcile this matter though proper channels have been exhausted, and this is a final warning beyond all reasonable restraint. Failure to remove such offensive ads immediately, will result in federal action within the coming week, and names of those responsible will be likewise forwarded to corporate management as well as stockholders, including legal costs; it is also a virtual certainty that this case will succeed, with punitive damages calculated to triple that of all profits gained thereby (as determined via pre-trial discovery), in addition to court-costs awarded to the plaintiff included; therefore there is no logical reason to refuse this final request; hence, continued refusal can only indicate a neurotic inclination consistent with the unstable mindset of such expressions of sadistic depravity.

I therefore urge Progressive.com to look to its best interests, as well as those of its stockholders, and take advantage of this final opportunity to avoid finding itself at the focal point of a legal battle that it cannot possibly win.

Legal papers have already been drawn up, and will be filed as of Monday, November 25 in federal district court in the event of a non-response; I therefore urge Progressive.com to make haste in order to cease its lawless and unconscionable disrespect of basic human decency.
Progressive.com's response will determine its future situation.
