'A Virginia high school teacher who slept with a student will only spent four months of her 11-year sentence behind bars after she was diagnosed with hypersexuality.
Kathleen Cawthorne, 33, will be freed more than a decade early after a judge ruled she could not control the sudden sexual urges that took over her body.
A court heard how the bipolar educator seduced a 17-year-old boy at William Campbell Combined School in Rustburg in March 2012.'

So if...
...a male teacher had done the same thing, got a p-doc to testify he was bipolar (a dx that these days is handed out like candy) and "hypersexual" because of it, and aplogized most sincerely for "sleeping with" a minor and one of his students, he'd've gotten the same treatment?

This is what makes sex cases so ridiculous,she has got off because the authorities want her to get off.
Sex laws are made to punish men with,not women,it is just
that these authorities have to be seen to be making an effort towards equality otherwise there would be no point in arresting her.
I don't believe the "crime" warranted much more than a warning,the fact is that anything to do with sex has the USA reeling.Pinching a few hundred grand is nothing to pinching a kiss.It's miles over the top but it is feminist law that rules in the west and you only have men to blame,they are the ones with their bums in the air.
