'Congress never lets the Constitution get in the way of passing a law with a catchy title. Thus, the Senate’s version of the bill reauthorizing the Violence Against Women Act will likely pass the House this week, even though UCLA law professor Eugene Volokh, a leading First Amendment scholar, earlier noted that provisions in it violate the First Amendment. (Legal scholars have criticized other provisions in the bill as violating Articles II and III of the Constitution, and for undermining due-process safeguards.) The House GOP had earlier objected to the Senate’s version, citing various flaws in the bill, but under political pressure, some GOP members in swing districts have switched sides and endorsed the bill, which is backed by Democratic leaders and the White House.'

that it still contains wording where the definition of 'violence against women' means such things as:

* raising one's voice to a woman?

* keeping $$ from her?

* whatever she says it means?

if there was a picture of stupidity in the dictionary, it would be a constant fight for standing between the feminitas who champion such crap, and the manginas who follow so sheepishly behind, always willing to serve and throw other males under the bus upon command.

still got that's mostly men's list of perverts any man could wind up on w/ just a false claim of rape, molestation, or d.v.? easy to get on it, dam hard to get off is the saying. and still little to no punishment for women/girls making such claims. heard they were even trying to criminalize those who would point out the hypocracy.

to have such fine words like honor, justice, equality, and such, meant to define concepts of law this country has such a hard time, and no desire in really understanding.
