'On January 10, at 9:00 a.m. Ambassador-at-Large for Global Women’s Issues Melanne Verveer will convene and deliver remarks at the first international Working Forum on Women, Information and Communication Technologies and Development (WICTAD) at the Institute for International Education (IIE) in Washington, DC. Co-hosted by the Department of State’s Office of Global Women’s Issues and UN Women, WICTAD will bring together representatives from civil society, academia, government, the private sector, and the UN to assess the social, economic, and political implications of the gender gap in Internet access.'

1. Identify Internet-deprived girl. You can probably find her the same place you find Internet-deprived boys, too.

2. Sit her in front of a computer with an Internet connection and a web browser. Or hand her an iPhone w/ a data plan or wi-fi connection.

3. Show her how to open a web browser and get to web sites by click/touch on hyperlinks.

4. Tell her to stay away from porn sites and for Pete's sake, never give out any account or personal information to ppl she doesn't know.

title 9 will now be expanded to internet access and every man has to register as a man so his internet access can be cut off until women are 60% of users (feminist equality)...
