Female principal tells student she 'looks like a porn star'
Link here. Excerpt:
'An outraged US father has launched a public shame campaign after a school principal told his teenage daughter that she looked like a porn star.
Steven Werner said the comments came after his 15-year-old daughter arrived at her Michigan school in a Halloween costume which included a black skirt and knee-high black stockings with pink bows.
Mr Werner said his daughter was called into Principal Janet Jones’s office because of the outfit.
"She said to my daughter, 'Honey, you look like a porn star'. My daughter said, 'What do you mean a porn star?' She goes, 'You know, a porn star. You know what those people do?' My daughter said no," he said.
Mr Werner said the principal then explained to his daughter what a porn star was and what they did for a living.'

Just imagine if this had been a male principal
He'd already be fired.
C'mom, I am sure this girl
C'mom, I am sure this girl knows what a porn star is. The bottom line is it was an innapropriate outfit for school (for any 15 year old really) and now she and her dad are going to try and make everyone else out to be the wrong.
The dad needs to be the parent here and stop acting like an idiot.
yes but
i wonder if this principle supported all the slut walks lols
Definitely believe the double
Definitely believe the double standard of "a man would have been fired already" is important to fight against, but I think it needs to be fought on the side of what Kris has said, IE what this principal said, while perhaps a little inappropriate, should not be punished. I think pointing out the double standards are important, but likewise, the expectations also need to be noted, and devolving to the lowest common denominator is not the direction I feel we should go.
