'A 28-year-old woman is accused of cutting off a man's penis during a fatal stabbing in a Dallas motel room Saturday, according to police documents.

Cristal Paulette Richardson (right) faces a murder charge in the gruesome death of Cedric Lamont Owens, 34. He was found dead in a room at a Motel 6 in the 8500 block of East R.L. Thornton Freeway about 5:20 p.m., police said.

Motel video surveillance showed Richardson one day earlier renting the room alone. About 4 on Saturday, a security guard said he heard man and woman "in a loud verbal and physical disturbance" in the third-floor room, police said.'
