'With the American Academy of Pediatrics conference happening this weekend, it's more important than ever to write to the AAP and demand that they listen to America's parents, and the rest of the world: circumcision is not an effective tool against AIDS, it isn't medically necessary, and it inflicts needless pain and suffering on helpless infants.
