The above statistic about non-reciprocal DV is mentioned in the cited article. Although S.A.V.E. on first blush does not appear to be solidly on our side, it is. For a more thorough discussion of S.A.V.E. read Paul Elam's article on the organization. Pay special attention to the third comment (Bob O'Hara).

Carefully check out their website. We may finally have folks on the inside.
