University student accused of making false rape claim

'An Oakland University student admitted to police that she falsely reported she had been raped by two men to get attention and support from her boyfriend, according to the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office.

Now Jessica Joe is facing a felony charge herself.

According to the sheriff’s office, the 21-year-old Detroit resident was arraigned Tuesday in 52-3 District Court in Rochester Hills on a count of filing a false report of a felony and was released on a $10,000 personal bond.

Joe, police said, reported on April 24 that she was walking out of the CVS Pharmacy at Adams and Walton, when she was grabbed by two men and dragged into a van parked next to her car. She told police that the men pulled her clothing off and one man drove around, while the other man raped her and was eventually pushed out of the van in the lot, according to the sheriff’s office.'

Some one really needs to come up with a word that evokes the same kind of bile and detest as rapist that applies to these women.

Sure she has not actually raped anyone YET (except maybe her boyfriend who she invented the story to manipulate). But isn't that kind of like some one collecting child porn saying they are innocent cause they did not actually rape those kids themselves? I mean they didn't actually rape anyone inmost cases, but society still holds them accountable as if they did, and still views them as a threat to harm people in the future. Shouldn't we view women like this the same?

I know I sure as hell would not trust her anywhere near any male or child in the future. This selfish psycho could easily mess up a child's mind as bad as a child molester.

A false rape claim probably shakes a man at his very core, and leaves him dehumanized. The thought that one person can have such power over you must make it hard to trust again. If put in jail he will lose years of his life he can never get back. Yes false claims have parallels to rape.

These women do the same kind of harm that rapists do, so when are all men going to stand up like women did with the issues of rape and demand these be held fully accountable for the harm they cause to people?

Rape harms the victim in ways those who have not been raped cannot imagine. Well, false accusations do the same harm and the women who use them as weapons or tools to gain what they want or avoid responsibility are using the exact same lines of selfish thinking that rapists have and are exercising power and control over their victims the same way rapists do.

Time to make them pay the same price we make rapists pay for the harm they cause.
