UK: Jack Tweed cleared of raping 19-year-old

'Jade Goody's widower Jack Tweed was cleared today of twice raping a student six months after his wife died from cervical cancer.

Tweed, 22, was accused of attacking the 19-year-old blonde while estate agent Anthony Davis, 26, held the bedroom door shut and said: 'Don't worry, Jack, I've got the door, do what you've got to do.'

But a jury at east London's Snaresbrook Crown Court took just 15 minutes to clear the club promoter after he insisted the teenager had consented to sex at his bachelor pad in Woodford Green, Essex.

Davis admitted lurking in the shadows of the bedroom before joining in but insisted the girl was willing to take part in three-way sex.

A former crimper at Hob Salon in Loughton, Essex, Davis denied holding the door and claimed the girl said: 'Yeah, I'm fine' when her friends asked after her.

He said the girl's pals sauntered off, cackling: 'Ha, ha, you little s**t' when they heard their friend was 'okay'.

She claimed she heard her say: 'I don't want to go' when her friend told her she was leaving because she had work the next day.

Sean Minihan, defending Davis, told the jury she had only reported the two men after regretting taking part in a threesome when quizzed by her friends.

Lesson here is this: If you're a rich/famous man, make sure you get a signed waiver, with witnesses, and notarized, before having sex in any way, shape, or form, with anyone you have not known for at least the past 30 days.
