Um, WHAT? So documents state that there is and is not footage? Seems like the person reporting this is mentally challenged. Why would the reporter not only accept completely contradictory reports from the same source of information here, report on them with not observance to the fact that they are completely contradictory.

Of course we are talking about a rape accusation here right? So someone could have said that the attacker sported wings, horns and breathed the fire of hell and most would accept it as truth. No one ever questions ANYTHING when it comes to rape accusation.

Sorry, but her story stinks of horse shit, and there should have been some very serious and immediate vetting by the investigation force that is the justice system of her credibility as a witness. I don't mean accusing her of being a whore or stripper, but analyzing her mental health status and vetting her tale for basic truthfulness, probability (not based on myth but actual statistical occurrence), and believability (does her story sound like it could actually have happened in reality as she described). You know, that and to all in police investigators out there, DO NOT ARREST the first male you find not matter how much his appearance differs from your witness' description. I know it's standard practice to just arrest ANY male to solve alleged rapes, but that practice, not matter how encouraged and prevalent in your industry is WRONG.
