Just a few weeks ago, Hulk Hogan and the mother of his children Linda Bollea finally reached an undisclosed divorce settlement that they were both satisfied with, and Pop Tarts was assured Bollea was particularly delighted with her prominent payout. But is the former pro wrestler not living up to his legal word and giving his ex the agreed-to goods?

Consequently, Bollea is not only demanding her money and motorcycle, but now wants him to cover all the transport and attorney fees she has incurred, and if he still refuses to comply, has filed a request to have Hulk "incarcerated."

A rep for Hogan told Tarts that the "Hogan Knows Best" star has done no wrong and is "absolutely complying with the terms of the marital settlement agreement."

"Linda will receive everything she is entitled to under the agreement as soon as it is available to give to her," the rep said.'

Sometimes I think these ridiculous 'back and forth' battles between Hogan and his ex-wife are nothing more then publicity stunts. I have no doubt the divorce is legit, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was amicable and the Hogan's are nothing more then media whores.

Here's an irrelevant comment for ya!

I'll admit it, I'm a wrestling fan! I've seen Hogan wrestle live on two occasions. He was by far the worst wrestler I've ever seen. I realize wrestling is fake, but the goal is to make it look as real as possible.

The most skilled wrestlers I've seen include:

Shawn Michaels, Bret Hart, and the late great ... Owen Hart.

What the hell is Anthony talking about? Pro wrestling is fake? :-)

I periodically become a fan of pro wrestling (watch it for 6 months, stop watching for a few years). Despite its theatrics, pro wrestlers are incredible athletes. In addition to their raw power, their acrobatic skills are amazing. I've always been a fan of Bret "The Hitman" Hart.

But I find one quote from the article telling ... "Linda will receive everything she is entitled to under the agreement as soon as it is available to give to her". How typical. The wife is "entitled" to receive things from her husband. There is no mention if Hogan is entitled to receive anything from his wife. The transfer of goods flow in one direction, and one direction only. Husband to wife. This is despite the fact that it was Hogan who earned the money through the physical actions of his body. Even though it is fake, pro wrestling takes an incredible toll on the wrestlers body. Hogan takes the abuse. His wife gets the rewards.

she will get a good portion of the the bulk initially

and the monthly payments will eventually consume the rest.

that's why so many pro athletes wind up broke and called

deadbeats. it's all a scam.

he typically will be required to support her

"in the manner to which she has become accustomed"

forever, or until everybody else (wife & lawyers) eat it up.

equality under the law? fairness? truth? alien concepts.
