Father 4 Justice USA News Flash - "Spiderman" and "Superman" to appear in court

Donald Tenn and Paul Fisher (Spiderman and Superman) will appear before a jury on Monday April 13th, 2008, in Columbus, Ohio.

Despite there being no physical damages, and no intent to cause harm to the structure in question, (the prerequisites for vandalism), the pair have been indicted for felony level vandalism. If found guilty the duo could spend up to eighteen months in prison.

The charges stem from the September 29th, 2008 crane protest on The Ohio State University campus.

What is the specific section of law they are being charged with violating?

"The jury has the right to judge both the law as well as the fact in controversy." —John Jay, first Chief Justice of the United States

As a jury nullificationist I would never find either of these men guilty, because the system of law that was supposed to equally protect all people in the first place has not served them - necessitating their protest, IMO.

The last time I was called to serve on jury duty I was asked by the judge if I would follow the instructions of the judge. I told him, that as a jury nullificationist I would not follow the judges instructions if his instructions violated the the constitution of the United States, and that I would be the judge of that. I then reminded him that the U.S. Constitution reads, "We the people..." not "We the judges..." He excused me from jury duty. He should have excused himself, IMO." None of what I have said can be construed to be legal advice.
