Woman suspected of running down man

'Police arrested a 27-year-old woman for allegedly driving her car into a man after an argument last night.

According to police, the woman and a man, 28, had gotten to an argument in Kailua around 8:20 p.m. She walked away and returned with her car, police said.

She then allegedly drove her car into the man, hitting him.

He was taken to a hospital in serious condition, police said.

The woman fled, and was later found by police at Porky’s Bar at 32 Maluniu Ave. in Kailua.

She was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.'
