...winning awards for pretending to rape underage boys on screen. After angrily denying that such rapes are rape, she then refers to it as "puppy love". So, what's it called when adult men are shown raping teenage girls? "Kitty love"?

Where I live, Winslet's role in "The Reader" qualifies as child porn (you can't show anyone who is or who is represented as being under 18 having sex or nude in any way), yet it was in every theatre and nobody's being prosecuted. It's disgusting. Little wonder we have an epidemic of female teachers raping their students.

Back to the topic at hand: it's good to see that someone is finally trying to examine the issue of adults raping the children that they're expected to care for, but I find it unlikely that the outcome will be any different than the usual tripe about "men who have sex with children = bad, women who have sex with children = good". Still, it's a step in the right direction I guess. Maybe one day I won't have to put up with child porn in the movie theatres all over town. Maybe one day parents will be able to rest assured that their boys are getting the same protection from sexual predators that their girls are. But I wouldn't hold your breath.
