At the same time, many women in corporate India complain that they are denied promotions because of their sex. In such a scenario, it’s not surprising that women worry before job interviews that they may lose out to men.

A women specific website can certainly do no harm to the ladies. But is it of any use to them? What do the women stand to gain out of this venture?

It's only discrimination if it works against women.
Otherwise, it's called "progress".
I have no problem with this...
...as long as the women-only job site contains a link to the men-only job site. Otherwise it's sexism on a criminal level.

No gender bias when the other gender isn't allowed to compete. Problem solved!
