PTA offical found half naked with 13-YO boy

'A Baldwin PTA official has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child after she and a 13-year-old boy were caught in the backseat of a vehicle parked behind an elementary school, Nassau police said.

Joan Tuckruskye, 44, of 1111 Steele Blvd., was in the backseat of a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder in a parking lot behind Meadow Elementary on Northern Boulevard with the boy Friday night, said Det. Lt. Kevin Smith.

Tuckruskye and the boy, who police did not identify, were naked from the waist down, Smith said.'

She will get the usual estrogen exemption from the decadent judiciary and get off light for raping a 13 yo boy. Perhaps home detention with ankle bracelet monitor for six month.

Of course if a male had a picture on his hard drive of this same 13 yo half naked he would be subject to 99 years in federal prison!

i'm pretty sure women are allowed

to breast feed children anywhere these days.

they put a guy away for many years here recently
for touching a girl child "down there".

this one will likely get the MAX fem-pedo punishment available.
probation. she's not a looker.

the good news: she is married and probably too old to get prego.
when that happens these kids can and do wind up paying CS to their rapists.

you gotta respect a husband like that who stands by her man.

maybe the judge could let her write her BOYfriend some letters and apologize.
that's what happened in one of last weeks ... encounters. remember?

no wonder there are more men than women in prison. i just can't understand
why this sort of feminized no punishment non-crime is on the rise.

could this legal system get any more lame?
