Article here. Excerpt:
'A slumping economy affects our lives in many ways And this week's question comes from someone who says he's doing his best to stay out of jail and support his kids.
Marshall Coe of Monticello wants to know what happens to your child support payments when you lose your job because of the economy.
Marshall's not alone in this situation. Forty-two percent of parents who pay child support are behind on their payments according to the Office of Child Support Services. Not all because of the economy, but the office says its something they're seeing more of.'

Hmmm, policy being exposed due to economy?
I am sure everyone is familiar with the policy of child extortion to continue the current amount owed even if one has lost their job. With the current economy that policy will come under more public scrutiny. To bad it took so long. Even if a poor slob was to petition the court for a reduction in arrearage, they usually don't get it. Wonderful empire feeding off of the misery of the populace, they should open a bounty on any justice department employee.

Hmmm
Come to think of it, didn't Bush and Cheney profit off of the suffering of others? The receivers of child support do the same, I see.
