There may be jobs in law, counseling and politics, as long as they know they'll never actually be a lawyer, a counselor, or a politician.

If any of these women, or men, were worth a shit they wouldn't be studying how other people broke into important and high powered fields. They'd be busy breaking into them themselves. But obviously they don't have the brain power or motivation for that!
