“Women only” Hillary event forced to admit men after poor turnout

Story here. First of all I need to ask the (fairly obvious) question: What do you think the reaction would be if a male presidential candidate held an event for men only?

Well, of course the outcries of "sexism" would be heard 'round the world and thus would be the end of that male candidate's run for president, as well as his political career as a whole. No bones about it, and well it should.

Yet Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton holds a women-only event, and of course no sexism there, what? Clinton claims to be for "equality", but as is the case with most feminists, their actions speak louder than their words. In any case, it rather blew up in her face, like a stick of TNT for Wile E. Coyote. Excerpt:

'Hillary Clinton had trouble attracting high-powered women to a New York talk hosted by Silda Wall Spitzer two weeks before her campaign officially kicks off. Sources said that after ticket sales fizzled for an intimate, $2,700-per-person, “just for women” meeting on Monday, the event was thrown open to men at the 11th hour, and the deadline extended to buy tickets.

The “Conversation With Hillary Clinton” event at Midtown law firm Akin Gump was originally aiming to attract 125 women. An email invitation seen by Page Six said the event is “just for women.” But by Friday, “They’d only sold 50 tickets, so they threw it open to men,” a source said. “Ticket sales were supposed to close at 10 a.m. Sunday, but the hostesses were working the phones and pushed the deadline till Monday.'

Oh my goodness! What's the world coming to when a female presidential candidate cannot discriminate against men? It's the fault of the "patriarchy" I tells ya!

would go to something where they are not wanted, and would never be invited, except for the need for a $2,700 donation to a candidate wanting to be the president of all Americans, and yet who obviously hates men? whupped much?

seriously, we should have nominations for the mangina of the year award every year. the trophy could be a pink pair of shoes, sized to fit, since they have obviously walked a mile in her shoes, and then some. the competition would be fierce.

from the state of so many 'men' in western civilization, think i'll buy some stock in a company/hospital that specializes in sex change operations and all that goes w/ it. I have a suspicion the future for those type stocks will be bright. not that there's anything wrong w/ that, of course.

I have mixed feelings. On one hand I am happy that she was unable to sell out her seats. On the other hand I am astonished that this was originally a "female only" political event.

I agree with daveinga.

I man would have to be a real pussy to pay to attend.

the only drawback i could foresee, is that the elected mangina would like wear the title quite proudly!
be that as it may, i still second the motion for a mangina of the year award! ^_^

yes, i mean, to draw it to it's logical conclusion; what would happen if a white presidential candidate held such an event but barred all minorities from attending?
