'Breaking up is hard to do. Especially if you’re trying to break up with Christina Lorena Reber.
The Indiana woman was sentenced two years in prison for tearing off her ex-boyfriend’s balls as payback for breaking up with her.
The 46-year-old was charged with felony battery after she attacked the 60-year-old victim in March 2012.
According to a police report, Reber flew into a rage after the man broke up with her a few days earlier, which prompted her to break into his house and start punching him in the head. (The big head, not the little one…at least, not yet.)'

Only two years?
That's all. She'll probably be out in 6 months.
And notice the "funny" comments
OK, I get it. Her name is "Lorena" and the man was taken to "Ball Memorial Hospital." But would such comments have been made if it was a man attacking a woman?
And the headline, too
The headline refers to the man's "balls" being crushed. Would slang terms be used for a woman's genitalia if a man had so seriously damaged them like this? Consider such a headline:
MAN GETS TWO YEARS IN PRISON FOR SQUEEZING EX-GIRLFRIEND’S COOCHIE UNTIL IT'S BLACK AND BLUE
or to be even more equivalent,
MAN GETS TWO YEARS IN PRISON FOR PUMMELING EX-GIRLFRIEND’S EGGERS UNTIL THEY BURST
Can you just imagine the outrage?
