'Nicole Colby Longton, an attorney who represented a student who sued Holy Cross for being accused of sexually assaulting a woman on campus, told Bloomberg News that young men face a “growing risk of being accused” on college campuses.

“One sexual encounter that involves alcohol, and the next thing you know you’re accused and expelled and branded for life,” she said. “Schools are going to push kids to have signed waivers before they have intercourse.”

Rape poses a real threat to women on college campuses, and even if these young men are innocent, their claims reveal a desire to maintain a status quo that makes it easy for men to perpetrate crimes and difficult for women to report them. It’s one thing to protest that you were wrongly accused. It’s another to suggest that universities are making it too easy for victims to report crimes and seek justice.'

Very typical of feminists.

Any man upset for being treated like a criminal after being falsely accused simply hates women. It has nothing to do with him being denied constitutional rights. Yeah.. that's it. *rolls eyes* I laugh when they try to play that emotion card when they have no leg to stand on. It's pathetic.

Like I said I wish that false accusers could be stigmatized the same way their victims are. That would teach them never to cry wolf again.

what a terrible weapon a false accusation against a male is in a feminized society. right now I know a guy going through a terrible divorce. the wife is doing/dealing/etc. and he got some proof. poof, she suddenly doesn't look to get the gold mine anymore; and, then suddenly he raped her charges are made, from months ago. poof, she's back in the driver's seat again and he will be lucky to not do any hard time. just a hard working guy who didn't even want a divorce.

same thing can happen anytime a female needs to gain an edge, whether it is in college, in the courts or in the work place. harassment/rape/molestation/d.v. laws are all used in a similar way. amerikan feminists didn't come to work and be equal among us, they came for privilege and to be treated as special. its no wonder they snuggle up so closely to socialists/commies. other people's stuff and using victim status to gain privilege is what they both crave.
