As the Social Worker, Men and Families, you will be a valued member of our Community Health Team. You will apply professional expertise, developing generalist / specialist knowledge, clinical competence and experience to provide professional services to client groups in circumstances requiring increasingly complex practice skills. Exercising professional judgment in the selection and adaptation of established methods, procedures and techniques within the profession, you may provide a broad range of clinical and consultative services across a range of service settings. This will include one-on-one, group based and health promotion activities. Additionally, your duties will involve managing and prioritising personal work load and supporting others in developing workload management plans, including in the allocation of team resources.
