Think I know the demo group she's tilting at... well anyway, from a legal perspective, is a female-only (or male-only one, for that matter) place going to be a legal hurdle for the Ms. L? Dunno, I am not a lawyer. But as more and more single-sex (read: women-only) places get open that don't do anything particularly germane to women as such, eventually, I imagine, legal challenges will arise. As we know, "ladies nights" have already been successfully challenged, but alas only in places like CA where there are legal statutes or other devices in place against the principle of allowing one group to get something while another is excluded based on indelible characteristics. Most jurisdictions don't have these kinds of laws in place.

I do know one thing though: men's money is as green as women's. Why anyone would deliberately block off half their potential commerce I haven't the faintest. But there you have it!
