State Supreme Court decision: Connecticut man can seek payment from child's real dad

Article here. Excerpt:

'Now, five years later, the State Supreme Court has ruled that Fischer (the duped provider) can proceed with a lawsuit demanding that the girl's biological father pay him $190,000 — half the cost of raising her. She's now a young woman of 19.'

What is unfortunate is that the Supreme Court did not in some way require the mother, who knew all along the child was not her husband's, to pay 50% of that amount to Fischer. The mother remains unaccountable for the fraud she foisted upon her husband.

what a surprise! they only go afer the men for support. gee, who woulda thunkit?
that is our courts idea of equality under the law. they go after any man equally.
what a crock. guess they see a new way to generate lawyer fees. what's the matter?
men not wanting to climb on board the marriage prison train so much these days?
so no divorce court bonanza anymore? ha! no wonder this country is on the brink of disaster.
keep listening to crooked idiot half men lawyers and you won't have a country.

i can see a dozen variations of a cottage industry building up around this new 'equality'.
here's one:

couple can't have a kid. he has no swimmers. very common, and getting moreso with the mangina explosion. anyway, wife goes out, seduces a real verile young guy with a good future.
doesn't tell him he is dad. 18 years later the wronged non-dna dad sues real dna guy, and they both retire to florida. these lawyer creeps are a scam a minute. too bad they can't find
honest work.

coming soon to a honorable, justice filled courthouse near you. so predictable. (me laughing)

btw - check out (google) the new sonic method of male birth control. said it was found out in the 70's, and discarded. some guy had a machine back then. wonder what happened? (me laughing again)

"is founded on the public policy that the best interests of the child in receiving the support that he or she needs is more important than making a grown man financially whole for expenses that he incurred under a mistaken belief that he was the child's biological father, when doing so could potentially harm the child."

How the hell does reimbursing a man, and exposing the infidelity of the mom go against the best interests of the child exactly? Lying by omission and forcing a man to be a wage slave are in the child's best interests? If you asked these children what they wanted, they wouldn't agree with that. What a crock the family court is! Deny every man his rights as long as mommy's transgressions remain covered up!
