Charlie Sheen spends Christmas in jail for domestic violence charges, says wife was the aggressor

Story here. It's kind of sad that only TMZ seems to be able to acknowledge that women commit domestic violence, too. Excerpt:

'Charlie Sheen is not going down for the count. The sitcom star is telling friends wife Brooke Mueller grossly "exaggerated" their fight when she called 911 Christmas morning.

She was angry at her husband of less than two years, and "wanted to teach him a lesson by calling the cops," a source told RadarOnline.com.

Within hours, Brooke had already changed her story with the Aspen police, several sources have told us.

Sheen's version of events is that they were arguing about Brooke's drinking with Charlie standing firm that the mother of his twins had been partying too much. Brooke went postal at the idea that her husband was critical of her mothering skills.'

Never make fun of a woman's mothering skills,..it is the psychologica/verbal 'reverse-equivalent' of kicking a guy in the crotch (except the guy who's been kicked is too disabled to respond).

cop's were called

1. he blew 0.04
2. she blew 0.13

he had a couple/three beers
she was wayyy over the legal limit
she was OVER 3 X more drunker than he.

both say the other was abusive
but nobody anywhere even mentions her alleged abuse.
only men commit DV, eh judge honorable?

he (as usual, and oft required by law) gets arrested

now she says he had a knife.
who knows? most men down here carry a knife.
i got 2 new ones for Christmas.
next week it will probably be leaked that he actually had a machine gun.

when they eventualy get to divorce court
(anybody doubt they will?)
this will all play like pretty music for her.
and if it doesn't, she can always pull the old standby
"and he also abused/molested the children"
next comes
settlement for her - the sky is the limit
alimony - ditto
automatic custody (her)- with CS enough to support "HER" kids on Mars.
he will probably have to kiss her arse just to see the kids.
just as a ring and false promises start the march up the isle and wedding bells,
handcuffs and false accusations now-a-days start the march to divorce court and sirens.

remember, she HAS to be supported in the manner to which she has become
accustomed. precious thang!

and your head honcho probably can't spell "joke".

gosh, wonder why foreign governments refuse to recognize
the judgements of u.s. lawmakers (future criminals)?
none of their 'quickie' laws or gender judgements are based on actual
Precepts of Law as set forth by the Founding Fathers.

how it is so assumed that the celebrity wife will get custody that they start calculating CS, yet the media always say men feel the courts are unfair.

He must of hit a nerve. She knows he was saying the truth and she couldn't take responsibility and come to terms with the fact she was behaving like a drunken immature fool.
