Intact America Action Item: AAP close to making recommendation in favor of circumcision

An American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) task force is considering recommending circumcision for all baby boys – and Dr. Susan Blank, who chairs the task force, has described arguments in favor of circumcision based on controversial African studies as "very compelling."

Make sure they hear our side of the debate! Circumcising babies is wrong – ethically, morally, and medically.

Tell Dr. Blank that the AAP should NOT recommend infant circumcision.

Circumcision is one more area of abuse against males, that's laughed at by misandrists as much, or more, than any other abuse.

Done. I've been reading the bible quite a bit lately for research for my blog, and I think one thing we as MRA's have overlooked (not that it would matter much) on this issue, is how much of it is vested in Christian (and Jewish) tradition. It doesn't much matter whether someone is a church-goer or not - it is almost like it's something that is embedded in our 'cultural psyche'.
