Women should do what makes them happy, and men should do what makes women happy. Same ol' same ol'.

Any man who does what you describe has only himself to blame for being weak enough to be led around by women's demands. Men should take responsiblity for their own actions, they are in control of themselves, women cannot make men do anything. Only weak willed men obey women and they get what they deserve.

Before I would look down in distain at all men that do as they are told by their wives I would also consider the training that these individuals have received at their mommas knee, and beyond. I always keep an ear open for a man that complains about his married life. I listen, and I give suggestions. It helps to know how that person was raised as to how they perceive their own situation. I always try and use a little compassion when dealing with victims of this system, something that this system has little for, compassion for men. In every downtrodden man lies a future allie, in every compassionate women lies a future allie, all they need is a little help. On a lighter side, could you imagine if a man were to speak out in public as our pres. did? Oh, I mean the "first lady" did? The press would have a field day!

Unless they bribe politicians with votes to use the governments monopoly on legal violence to further their agenda. Think that you don't have to work to finance a selfish woman's lifestyle? Try refusing to pay mommy support, or alimony after your wife leaves you, or; a girlfriend / fuck buddy sabotages your condom by poking holes in it. Then see how long it takes for men with guns to come to your door and drag you away to jail.

I suppose you could choose to sterilize yourself or be a lifelong virgin. In which case you wouldn't subsidize a woman's lifestyle directly. But you would still have to pay taxes which fund womens' sex lives via free abortions, and birth control. You would also be paying for massive government womens' health programs, which; extend the life of women instead of men. Ironically because of this you would have to work both longer and harder to maintain the same standard of living; which, in turn shortens your lifespan. You also have to register for the selective service when you turn 18. By doing this you have to accept potently being drafted and sent to your death to defend a country that allows special classes of people [including women] to systematically rob other honest law abiding citizens.

Women cannot force politicians to be bribed. They give in because they want to or they are to weak to fight back.

Any guy should be fully aware of what he is getting himself into when he chooses to have a child. Men are responsible for choosing what woman they are going to have children with. Men should be well aware of what women are like. If men by now don't know the true nature of women then there is no hope for them. Not having children is the easiest remedy to this problem.

Men shouldn't get married. Again, if the guy hasn't learnt about women and what happens when you do as they want, i.e. like getting married, then he only has himself to blame.

You paint men as if they are mindless sheep incapable of realising what danger their own choices potentially can bring them. Girlfriends and fuck buddies carry a certain amount of risk. If a man is too stupid to realise this and he blindly participates without being aware of what women can potentially do to him, he's only himself to blame when he ends up in the shit.

Who passed all these laws? How granted women all these privileges? Men. Feminism is as powerful as it is because of men. The point is women didn't make these men do anything men of their own free will, willfully implemented all these privileges. Women have no advantages over men, the only advantages women have over men is the advantages men give them. Treating them like women is the biggest advantage of all. Feminism is probably never going to be defeated because men will continue to treat women like women. The oppresive regimes of the past have fallen because men grew tired of the injustices. The enemies were always men. Men verus men. Now the primary enemy is women, with their male enablers. Because of this men won't fight women and feminism continues to grow and prosper.

Sadly I think a woman can make a man do most things. Sure I think it would be difficult for a woman to get me to do anything. I think for young men it is different. The powerful effect of our own hormonal drive inevitably overrides our better thinking and common sense. In my twenties I saw full well the idiocy of the way I felt but was pretty powerless in the face of a biology that overwhelmed everything else. If this is not familiar to you then may be you are lucky and I am not.

The next problem is ignorance. I just could not have know what was in store, and had I know I would have chosen death rather than to endure what in the end transpired. Perhaps I was dumb and stupid. Believe me you could not be more critical of myself that I am.

There is way too much victim blaming going on here, I'll just address one part of one comment:

1)The point is that they are coerced ('bribed'). The goal of any politician is to be re-elected. He or she will do what is necessary to achieve re-election. The majority of voters are female. That is why the polticians 'want to'.

2) They are also under incredible pressure from feminist groups, especially the radical ones. That is the main reason they are 'too weak'. Of course this is also related to number one above - if they are bad-mouthed by feminists, they will lose the vote.

Although Mrs. Obama may have been trying to strike a good balance between self-fulfillment and serving the needs of others, it is shocking to me that the first lady's words sound so selfish and self-absorbed. Did she forget that she's married to the President of the United States? Apparently. What about his needs? Not even mentioned. What about doing what it takes so he can serve the country? Apparently irrelevant. What about handling the family while he deals with the crushing responsibility of being President? I guess she doesn't care about that. It's all about her, and what makes her happy. This interview report comes across as narcissistic, and I'm sure some women are going to use her example as an excuse to continue their focus on only their needs, ignoring the needs of men. Denying fathers access to their children after a divorce, with the help of the courts, is but one example of this.

They don't make first ladies like her anymore. Then again, they don't make presidents like JFK anymore either.
