As in a bunch of other cases, sounds like technology came to the rescue here. If it were not for the video of the encounter, the female's allegations may have prevailed, even though there were five males with contrary stories (sexual laws make no sense in America these days). Looks like it's highly advisable for men to video-tape every encounter with a new woman, just in case the woman pulls this type of stunt. It's an interesting question to explore whether the woman knew that she was being video-taped. If she did not, was the guy running the video camera (or the one who set up a stationary camera) violating some of the woman's privacy rights? How can men protect themselves against false rape accusations but at the same time observe the woman's privacy rights?

I think this might be the only way to protect a man from a false accusation. Its pretty sad.

I wouldn't be surprised if feminists lobby for a new law making video illegal during a court hearing.

Essentially, they want to make consensual sex a crime. If a woman claims rape, it must be. They want guilty unless proven innocent. Then again, feminists pretty much shit on the constitution. Their perverse ideology supersedes individual rights.
