SFGate Editorial: CDC should recommend routine circumcision

Article here. Excerpt:

'The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are weighing a proposal to recommend routine circumcision for all baby boys born in the United States to curb the spread of HIV and other infections. The CDC should ignore the cries of outrage from so-called "intactivists" and recommend the procedure. The evidence shows that the benefits of circumcision outweigh the risks.
...
Well, the problem centers on the hysterical intactivists, who believe that: A. circumcision is "mutilation"; and that B. baby boys should be able to "decide for themselves," as though families have no right to make decisions about their children's health, treatment and culture. (Not to mention the health and safety of the larger society.)

The CDC should recommend routine circumcision.'

Hysterical intactivists? There's nothing hysterical about protecting genital integrity.

The author didn't even sign the article, she just wants to generate hits I guess. Err, could be a man I guess that is circumcised and hypnotised, IDK.

...that the writer has had her brain circumcised. Lets say "research" showed similar "benefits" for females who had the clitoral hood removed, would this scuzz bag be recommending that such a procedure should become common procedure? I doubt it.

As for the Intactivists being hysterical, precisely what is so hysterical about not wanting pieces hacked off your baby's genitals?

Here's a petition against this barbaric stone age practice.
