Senator proposes "fatherhood legislation", Obama pledges to sign

'WASHINGTON (WANE) - Senator Evan Bayh is trying to address an epidemic he calls Absent Fathers in America.

He's proposing responsible fatherhood legislation. The father of two is working with President Obama to get the bill passed. Senator Bayh says it will help pay for job retraining, literacy programs and employment services to counsel and help non-custodial parents. Plus, it will strengthen child support collection efforts.

Bayh says implementing the bill will cost about $3 billion, but in the long run, it may reduce the amount of money the government already spends helping single-parent families.

The president has pledged to sign the bill into law if it reaches his desk.'

How about legislation so a dad can see his son? How about legislation so a boy can see his dad? How about so a boy can grow up having a dad?

I grew up without my dad. Because of that there is a huge hole in my heart. I will never heal. Everyone says in the best interest of the child. I can say from experience BULL SHIT. It has nothing to do with that. It all has to do with the woman/mom. What she wants. Did I want my dad to leave? NO! So where the hell was the best interest of the child when I was growing up? Tell me! It does not exist.

I had no dad because of all those assholes out there. Sorry for my bad language. It just makes me so sad and mad.

How about responsable motherhood? I remember my mom would tell me I look so much and act so much like my father when I was growing up. I had no clue what the hell she was talking about because I didn't know my dad.

When these assess say that kids are not hurt when their father is not around all I can say is bull shit!!!!!!!!!!! My god....I still hurt and will till the day I die.

is to make sure that those absent fathers are all working and paying support through government-approved channels to government bureaucrats who will then pass that portion of the money not needed by the government to the poor, needy womanandchild. But they will talk a good game about permitting men to see their children - occassionally.

Follow the money, watch the deeds. Words in the mouth of a politician are a means of deception.

It looks good at first, what with retraining and such, but i suspect the true purpose is revealed in this line...

I guess Czar Obama I hasn't got the intestinal fortitude to follow historical precedent? I always suspected he was a phony wimp moral coward and he hasn't disappointed me in this regard.
