F4J USA Action-Results Update
Via an F4J USA Alert:
From Donald Tenn aka Spiderman:
The response from the hundreds of telephone calls and e-mails from F4J members and supporters was nothing less than phenomena. I would like to say "THANK YOU" to you all. The TEAMwork used to pull this off was fantastic. Fathers-4-Justice members and supporters can achieve anything when we UNITE!
It was conveyed to my attorney that the support from F4J members and supporters was overwhelming for the prosecutor’s office. It is this support that may have been instrumental in the rescheduling of our jury trial.
That's right: THE JURY TRIAL for both Paul and Donald has been rescheduled!
So save some energy for the NEXT round. More updates will come as the events progress.

Ramming through the machine
Justice delayed is justice denied indeed.. so is justice sped through, like a bill slammed through Congress in less than a day. But there is a happy middle-ground. A "quick and expeditious trial" is a great way to race toward the court's desired outcome without public opinion chiming in or publicity keeping things from "moving along". Under monarchy a judge could try a man, find him guilty and sentence him to death all in the same breath since no one had rights to due process. One of those rights to due process is the right to a reasonable amt. of time to put together a legal case and to be given time to respond to the other side's motions and complaints. They didn't want that for Spiderman and the only thing that got it for him was public opinion being voiced. They were looking for a "slam-dunk" of the accused and while they may get some other time, it looks like in this case, MRAs won't let it happen.
Hung-ho!
